Life of a Wanderer

They say that in this life, it's hard to find true friends that will stick with us no matter how easy or hard the situation is; it's hard to find someone that will stay true to you all throughout; someone who will make your life easier by simply being there; and lastly it's hard to find someone who will show you the true meaning of "friendship".

I can proudly say that I am blessed because I found someone who showed and taught me the real meaning of friendship. She's truly a God's-gift to me. She's been there for me through my up's and down's. She's like a sister to me and a mother as well. Today is her special say and I want to make it extra more special by doing this simple effort..

I met her when we were 6 or 7 years old. She's been my playmate since then. But due to some situation that we can't avoid, we parted ways when we were 9 or 10. My family moved into another place and we lost contacts. But faith has it's own way to bring back our friendship. We went to the same school when we were highschool. Too bad she didn't remember me that time. It was me who approached her. As she always say "feeling close ako" that time. I can't help it, I want to be friends with her again. After that, we became instant friends again. Time goes by, we bacame closer and closer. We go home together and I am the one who always invade their house. Perks of being 10 steps away to each others house. They say that we're inseparable.

Our friendship isn't perfect, we've been through a lot of up's and down's. We have our own short comings, differences and imperfections. We've been through problems that we didn't expect that we can surpass. We've been through trials that I can say, made our friendship stronger each passing day. 

To my bestfriend, sister, companion, mother, and my God's gift, 

I want you to know that I am very blessed to have you in my life. I am very thankful to God because He gave me someone I can count on. Words can't explain how thankful I am for having you. God has blessed me not just a true friend, but a sister as well. 

I know that I am very hard to deal with. I'm a spoiled brat, stubborn, hard headed, and a little bit selfish. But despite of my imperfections you're still there. There are times that I'm being unreasonable, still, you never get tired to explain your side even though you know that I will never ever listen to you. I'm not a perfect bestfriend, but you always make me feel that I am the most perfect friend for you. As I always tell you, "You're one of those people that I can't live without."

Sorry for my short comings as a bestfriend. Sorry if there are times that i'm being close minded and all I ever think of is my self. Sorry for hurting your feelings. Sorry if I came to the point of giving up. Sorry for not being a perfect friend to you.

Thankyou for not giving up on me especially at times when I'm the most impossible person to understand. Thankyou for treating me as your younger sister(even though i'm older than you). Thankyou for not leaving me. Thankyou for being there for me, always. Thankyou for believing in our friendship.

You know that you can count on me anytime. I'll always be here for you no matter what happen. Our friendship has been through a lot of trials and I am confident enough that no matter how many trials that will come our way, we can make it. Just hang in there and we'll go through it together.
